These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Touristik Travel Club and any booking made through us. By using this website or making a booking, you agree to these terms.

1. About us

Touristik Travel Club is a travel company based in Yerevan, Armenia, offering tours, hotels, transfers, flights and tickets to travel agencies and direct travellers. You can reach us at info@touristik.am or +374 55 06 06 09.

2. Bookings

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Touristik Travel Club. A booking request submitted through this site is an enquiry — your booking is only guaranteed once we confirm it in writing. Prices are quoted in the currency shown and may change until a booking is confirmed.

3. Payments

Payment terms are communicated at the time of booking and may vary by product and supplier. A booking is secured only once the required payment or deposit has been received and the booking confirmed.

4. Cancellations & changes

Cancellation and amendment terms vary by product and supplier and are shown on the relevant product, quotation or confirmation. Penalties or non-refundable charges may apply. Refunds, where due, are processed to the original payment method.

5. Travel documents & responsibilities

You are responsible for holding valid travel documents (passport, visas, permits) and meeting entry and health requirements for your destination. Touristik Travel Club is not responsible for losses arising from missing or invalid documentation.

6. Liability

Touristik Travel Club acts as an intermediary between travellers and suppliers (hotels, airlines, transfer and tour operators) and is not liable for the acts, errors or omissions of third-party suppliers beyond its reasonable control. Our liability is limited to the value of the services booked through us.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia, and any disputes shall be subject to the competent courts of Yerevan, Armenia.
