How do I book a trip with Touristik?

Browse the site or send us a request with your dates, destination and number of travellers — through the booking form, WhatsApp, Telegram or by phone. We check availability with our trusted partners and confirm the best option for you by email.

How do payments work?

We confirm your booking and the final price first, then share secure payment details. Your booking is only guaranteed once it is confirmed in writing and the required payment or deposit is received.

What is included in the price?

It depends on the product — each tour, hotel, transfer, flight or ticket lists what is included, and we always clarify the full details in your quote before you pay.

Can I change or cancel a booking?

Cancellation and amendment terms vary by product and supplier and are shown on the relevant product and on your confirmation. If you need a change, contact us as early as possible and we will do our best to help.

Do you help with visas?

Yes — we can arrange UAE visa support as part of your booking. Exact requirements depend on your nationality, so always check the latest rules for your passport before travelling.

Which destinations do you cover?

We offer tours, hotels, transfers, flights and tickets worldwide, with a special focus on Dubai and the wider UAE.

Which currencies can I see prices in?

You can view prices in USD, EUR, AMD or RUB — just switch using the currency selector at the top of the site.

Do you work with travel agencies (B2B)?

Yes. Agencies get net rates and a dedicated B2B portal. Apply through our “Become a Partner” page and we will set up your account.
